Was for PDX airport pick up...but ended up at another location in Portland... 3 times as expensive...Avis indicated this happens all the time. Used someone else and will never use this service again.2.0 Poor

Pros:
The staff was great. They got me in and out within minutes. The rental was as good as the higher priced competitor I used the week before and was just over half the price. I rented the car in the middle of a winter storm and they made sure they marked that they were unable to clean it (their water source was frozen solid) so that I was not charged for cleaning.Cons:
I was unaware that the engine would stop at to conserve energy. Something that would notify me of that would have been nice. I was worried the whole drive that the vehicle was going to break down. When I mentioned it at drop off they told me that was a fuel saving feature.4.0 Mediocre
