Pick up and drop off were quick and efficient. What could have been better was the exterior carwash and windshield cleanliness. But it is an outdoor parking lot. So it's probably difficult to keep the car exteriors clean.

Pros:

Nice staff, convenient location.

Cons:

When I arrived Hertz could not fulfill my compact car order and tried to give me a complimentary upgrade to an Equinox, a huge SUV. I declined and went to Dollar Car Rentals and got exactly what I wanted for the same price as Hertz.

Staff were inept. There is zero customer parking. Staff were rude. They refused to accept my ID. I was forced to Uber to a different Avis and make a new reservation at a higher rate.

Flight was delayed, the budget employee called saying to pick up the car from the airport instead because they would be closed. He said he told them and reserved us a car. We got there and no car was saved and no communication. We ended up having to pay budget $500+ more in the reservation for the car. Which was dirty, trash left in the car.
