The car was filthy and not clean when I picked it up. It seemed heavily of smoke and gas fumes. The fee was astronomical and the representative would not change it to the government rate, even though I showed them the paperwork.Reviewed 23 Oct 2022

Picked up a Camry initially, but we knew within a few minutes we would have to return it. Strong tire vibration left us feeling unsafe for our upcoming road trip. Dealt with tired employees and a lot of back & forth before finally finding a good replacement. It took about 2 hours off our journey so we were off to a late start. Replacement car was just fine, but windshield wipers were so loud. Both cars could've been cleaned better. Drop off was okay but felt bad for stressed and overworked employee who handled it.Reviewed 23 June 2021
