Pros:Pick up was easyCons:The car was dirty. ( insides were covered in dust and had a horrible musty smell) I needed to extend the length of the rental, but the automated phone line kept hanging up or disconnecting. I called the local office and they tried to charge me a completely different amount. I went to the office to show my receipt and he looked it up and said it was a computer malfunction. I then had to wait nearly 40 minutes to get my car. I will consider looking for other rental companies next time.Reviewed 26 June 2020

Pros:The staff was efficient and knowledgeable. When I returned the car I dropped off the keys and was in an out which was helpful.Cons:Nothing I was in and out actually got an upgraded car For the price of the economy car I had reserved which was an unexpected and great surprise!Reviewed 12 Nov 2019

I put LAX as the starting location and Kayak changed it to Burbank.Cons:I put LAX as the starting location and Kayak changed it to Burbank so I did not get my deal. I paid double. Also Budget did not tell me this, the price came up double and I had to ask why. Terrible customer service. I feel bait and switched! I'm very unhappy with this.Reviewed 5 July 2018

Cons:I did not like looking for a car that wasn't there in the pouring rain three seperate times because they didn't assign me a car that was on the lot. I didn't like people who walked away and did not help, unless helping means confirming that a Kia is not a Chevy and a Jaguar in not a Hyundai. Thanks to the man who just got me a car and changed my reservation.Reviewed 23 Mar 2018

Faulty Car RentalsCons:Sent me out with a car that had an improperly mounted tire. Purchased insurance through KAYAK. Budget says I never purchased coverage and now I'm on the hook for roadside assistance for a tire I did not even pop. Worst customer service ever!Reviewed 5 Feb 2018
