One person at front desk… lone was long. Was shown that we’d get a Tacoma or similar. Got a Hyundai Santa Cruz. Not as big in the flatbed space. Car was not ready when did all paperwork. Took an extra 20 min. However our time started when we did the paperwork and didn’t get cat. On way back hit traffic and csllled and customer service was horrible. Said if turned back late would charge a dollar per minute. She showed no empathy. No grace period? She was the worst. You need to train your customer service. We didn’t drive off lot til 225 and it showed 1155a. Not a good ending experience.Reviewed 7 July 2025

You guys approved me and took my money. The rental car company did not approve me when I showed up to pick up my rental 😡😡Reviewed 3 May 2025

Price was fine however the chat had mechanical issues and was poorly maintained from a safety stand point. The car would shimmy if hitting a jump over 50mph. This wasn’t noticed until partway through the rental because the prior renter and or the company had over inflated the tires.Reviewed 14 Oct 2024
