Reservation Not Honored, Agent Didn't CareCons:We made a same-day reservation and when we showed up, the agent wouldn't honor the reservation. He said they had no cars, third-party broker reservations take at least 24 hours to come through, and dismissed my 'but I have a reservation' with, "but you haven't paid anything for it yet, have you?" He was completely unapologetic and uncaring. We paid for a taxi from the train station to the airport for this reservation and ended up having to pay several times more to get one of the few available cars at a competitor at the airport. Complete failure and I'm astonished Kayak and Dollar associates with this franchise.Reviewed 24 Oct 2016

Cons:Company called partway through my rental to tell me to return the car because it had been sold! They offered an exchange but no compensation for the hassle of returning the car. Also tried to claim damage with small scratches on one tire rim - I was able to prove that they were there when I rented the car. You need to run your finger around the rim when picking up the car to check for tiny scratches.Reviewed 11 Aug 2016
