Pros:They had a carCons:I reserved a mid size pickup for almost $200 a day and was given a ‘managers choice’ vehicle. So for $200 a day I drove the smallest car they had- a Chevy Spark. It was a complete ripoff.Reviewed 23 May 2021

Cons:I paid for a large SUV ahead of time and when I arrived to pick up my car, I was told there were none in stock and I would have to pay to “upgrade” to a minivan. This doubled the price of my rental. It was infuriating to pay for a reservation only to be told it wasn’t available and I would have to pay more.Reviewed 18 May 2021

Cons:Location at terminal closed, no signs to tell you where to go. Ordered a full size SUV and was provided a small suv. When questioned about full-size I was told, because it had 7 seats, it was full sized. Will never be renting from dollar again.Reviewed 18 May 2021

When I called, I was on hold for over 20 minutes then was told because it was in the first 24 hours after return they couldn’t make any credits to my account and I would have to call back.
