Everything went smoothly. The only option for renting on a weekend, Sunday, was at the airport. A local office would be nice. Light rail access to the airport made this possible.Reviewed 22 May 2024

Once I got past the hard sell at the checkin/rental desk, all went well. Had a nice Camry with less than 20,000 miles. Return was easy; no issues. Would rent from Dollar at PDX again.Reviewed 22 May 2024

The car was not available an hour after scheduled pick up and the line was too long for me to wait as I had movers waiting for me at my home. I asked the person at the front counter what I could do and they told me I would have to wait. No ETA or timeline offered. After I left, I checked back to see if it was available that afternoon-still no car available. Even an hour before my scheduled drop-off it said that the car was not yet available online.
