Car was good size. The drop off experience was good. The pickup was bad. They said they would pick us up at the port when we arrived. When I called they said “just call a cab”. Both Enterprise and the local office assured us of the pickup. They didn’t follow through.Reviewed 2 Oct 2026

Great, the manager fixed what Kayak did. For that we are great full. Kayak showed a different car for Economy price. When we got to enterprise, the car was nowhere like the picture. They had the exact car in the parking lot but they considered that one SUV price. So it was false advertisement that drew us in and the Manager gave us a car that satisfied us for what Kayak did.Reviewed 30 Sept 2026
