The front desk would not honor my reservation with kayak. He jacked up the price. He gave me a filthy vehicle. He did not provide a walk around. The vehicle fuel was not full. He charged me over a $100.00 for fuel on my contract without letting me know before leaving. He did not pull the vehicle into the parking lot; instead, he parked the vehicle in the gutter with two feet of water streaming by the driver door so that I had to walk through water to get in. I had a long wait at the check in to pick up the car. Their internet was down. This was not their fault, and the lady worked very hard to move the check in line. Once I got my car I could tell it had been smoked in before me. It also had fairly high mileage at 51,000 miles. It was a good value and experience.
