Cons:I would recommend fans outside in the waiting area for customers. I waited with my husband approximately 1 1/2 hour waiting for my car. We had to ask someone to assist us from easeway because the representative from Dollar was no where to be found. When he did find him, he was just sitting at the front with no care in the world. Never approached us not even once to collected our information to collect our car. Merging the Parking lots with other companies what a hot mess. It lack customer service!!! Pros:The car drop was good. The year and model of the car was good even for 4 people and luggage.Cons:The lady at the desk when I got there tried to haggle the price with me stating “additional domestic fee” even though I had the paper to prove the price with fee. She later dropped the price some but not all the way to what I had been told when booking. She seemed very upset I didn’t allow her to run over me with fees and add ins.Reviewed 18 Apr 2021

Pros:The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I literally was on crutches and asked my wife to help check us in while I waited outside with the bags, then when they acted radically deceptively with us, I went inside to cancel and the impertinent woman told me I shouldn't have sent my wife inside.Cons:Everything could have been better. We literally cancelled the reservation because they were so rude and dishonest with us. Then, they tried to keep our deposit and we have to go through the headache of getting that back.Reviewed 18 Mar 2021

Pros:The initial price point was good. The driver who picked us up from the airport was very friendly and funny.Cons:The airport pickup for Dollar is not signed at all...as in NOTHING. It took 20 minutes to get picked up from the airport once we were in the right spot. When we picked up the vehicle they upcharged me for multiple things and didn't put some very obvious damage to the car on the initial papers.Reviewed 20 Apr 2019

Pros:nothing was good about dollar. I was told I got there too late so they automatically cancelled my reservation. I fought with the rental agent to check their cameras, just to prove I was there on time. long story short they didn't have the car I reserved so they cancelled my reservation.Cons:dollar could've been more honest and said they didn't have the car I reserved, and try to resolved the situation differently instead of lying about it. their cameras proved I was there on time, and to doubt if I was there made me even more upset, I made reservations in accordance with my flightReviewed 3 Apr 2019
