Pros:
Jackie the staff called me saying that the SUV I wanted wasn't available and he upgraded me to a Mercedes. Turns out the Mercedes was good for winter driving too. We went to Leavenworth but the highway was groomed so it was good. The pickup process was fast and the drop off was fast too. Jackie was really friendly and helpful.4.0 Mediocre

The staff truly needs a crash course on customer service. There were 3 people ahead of us getting car rentals and every single one had some kind of issue with the staff. There was no management on duty. One particular employee raised his voice when he got in a disagreement with a customer. Overall, this place is just not worth the couple bucks you save by renting from here.10.0 Wonderful

Didn't gave me the SUV I booked months ahead. Though I pumped full tank 10 km before return, fuel gauge still dropped below full. Had to pay 40+ penalty.9.2 Wonderful

Generic specialty car was supposed to seat 5 people and 4 bags. I got a Mazda 3, which definitely does not. Rental agent told me it's supposed to be 5 people and 2 large bags and 2 small bags2.0 Poor

The lady at the desk was very niceCons:
I was charged more than I was supposed to. The guy who was supposed to check the car was unprofessional and rude. He did not greeted us, he did not have a pen to put on the document that the gaz was not fulled as result they charged us more than $60 for the gas (3/4 full). I had to ask for my invoice as they charged me without letting me. I have not been refunded yet but it seems like it has been done but no updated invoices. "weird fees " that increased my invoice by $50. Don't waste your money and time there. Budget or enterprise are more professional and easy to deal with.Thrifty
