They called me when I was on my way and had no cars. The address featured on the site was also incorrect. This was extremely frustrating and ruined my trip, Driving Force should not be on Kayak because all the information is wrong and they blamed me for it instead of taking accountability for their online information being wrong. My flight got delayed and the company was closed by the time I landed. They were closed the next day and all weekend. Never got my rental and had to Uber all weekend.Reviewed 4 July 2022

Took 40 minutes to get picked up from the airportPros:Car was new and clean and drove well. Staff at the office was nice and friendly. Price was fair. They did not hassle me about getting insurance.Cons:Called the office to have the shuttle come pick me up at the airport. It took 40 minutes for them to arrive. Then their garage is another 15-20 minutes from the airport. If you are flying in and out of the airport and time and convenience is important to you, rent from someone at the airport.Reviewed 24 Jan 2018

VanPros:Clean.Cons:I was upgraded to a van at no extra charge, but it was too big of a vehicle for me, and consumed lots more gas than the car I asked for would have. I was told at time of pick up that there would be a shuttle to the airport for me, but when I arrived to return the van, they were closed and I had to pay for a cab.Reviewed 15 Jan 2018

Calgary Driving Force RentalPros:Pretty close to the airport, 15min max on the shuttle to/from. Good service.Cons:They don't offer third party liability as an option. Not located within Calgary AirportPros:Good price on a Nissan Sentra. The car was clean and comfortable. The glove compartment contained an owner's manual for questions.Cons:Had trouble finding the meeting spot -- I assumed it would be with the other rental companies, which it was not. When I phoned the office for pick-up, no one answered (an agent later said they were too busy to bother with the phone). When the shuttle arrived, it was full so had to wait another 40 minutes for the next one. The desk had only two agents manning it so I had to wait 20 more minutes for attention. Like many companies, I inspected the car for initial damage. The agent missed major paint chips, which I had to point out. While the driving itself went well, I question whether it ever makes sense to choose a rental car company that you don't know.Reviewed 28 Aug 2017
