Cons:the rental that I made was cancelled because I couldn't return the car to the place I wanted to. I unfortunately wasn't told that until I realized it myself by looking at the address for the return. talking to your reservationist I was told it couldn't be changed. poor communication and worse problem solving skills. to bad. rented from someone elseReviewed 8 Apr 2021

Pros:The supervisor trying to do his best with the situationCons:Provide the total of the rental with all the fees that were going to be associated with the rental. Pros:I picked up the car from ABQ and dropped it off in Taos. At drop off in Taos, the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, which is typical of my positive Enterprise car rental experiences in Taos.Cons:At pick-up in ABQ, although each staff member I encountered was pleasant, the overall pick-up experience was extremely frustrating. Lines were long, and waiting for the actual car after check-in was even longer. Unfortunately this is typical of my Enterprise rental experience in ABQ.Reviewed 6 Sept 2019
