During pick up I thought I was attending a circus act! Very unorganized and uncaring group of workers. The lady at the front desk was excellent but the experience after that was chaotic! It took one and a half hrs.to finally get the vehicle we ordered two months earlier. They had the four of us outside standing in a windy cold morning telling us every 10 minutes that the car would be ready in 10 minutes. No bathroom and no place to sit. Very unprofessional!Reviewed 10 May 2025

Pick-up was smooth and fast, Kevin who helped me was informative and adept. Drop-off was smooth, too. One improvement would be Enterprise signage that is a bit more prominent when you bring the car back.Reviewed 26 June 2024
