Pros:
The fellow at pickup could not have been more friendly and helpful. I have no issue with him.Cons:
1st. There was no mention during the online booking of the car that the rental location was not at the airport, despite my flight booking. I took the shuttle from the airport to the car rental center only to be told that my pickup location was a $30 cab ride away.1 1/2 hours would have been saved. 2nd.The car itself was miserable to drive. The alignment was so bad it wouldn't hold the road, it stunk of smoke, and there was an orange abandoned vehicle sticker on the drivers window obstructing view. For some reason I had trouble maintaining an even highway speed and the cruise didn't work. It made my 2 hour drive feel like 5. Driving this car was a white knuckle experience.2.0 Poor

There was nothing I liked about this experience. Such a bad experience.Cons:
They made a reservation for 12pm for a location that closed... at 12pm. The guy was still there and informed me that they “have been trying to get this changed for sometime” and did nothing to help us. We had to get a ride to another location and they tried to charge us more than double the reservation price. When I asked to speak to the manger on site, I was told that it would be 3-4hrs before she could speak with us. I spent literally hours on the phone with National. When we finally did get the car, they gave us the wrong car and didn’t tell us. When I called to tell them they gave us the wrong car, they directed me to a new location to pick up the right car. Upon arriving at the new location the person on site told me that he “didn’t know why they told us that, I don’t have any cars to give you”. No one at any of these locations were apologetic or tried to help us figure anything out. National ended up giving us a $100 credit which isn’t really that much (IMO) for how much time I spent dealing with this nightmare.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I arrived on Sunday and the company was closed!! This resulted in having to rent at the airport as a walkup that increased the rental cost from $370 to $500. If they were going to be closed on Sunday I should have been notified.2.0 Poor

Pros:
The staff never answered the phone. Hours didn’t match. Once, they answered they failed to mention difference if schedule. Schedule was changed on their door with a sharpie... written over original times. But!!! They did follow through with a refund. I am grateful for that.Cons:

Upon arrival to pick up a car I was informed that they did not have a car available for me. Having made the reservation and paying well in advance I was not pleased. After an hour or so they located a vehicle for me. Returning the car also took longer than expected due to being short staffed.5.6 Fair

Car was clean & in good condition. I like that they video the exterior before leaving, to eliminate potential issues at check-in.Cons:
Hertz off-airport office did not make it clear they closed at noon on Saturday. When I arrived at 12:15 there were no instructions posted about a drop box or after-hours drop-off location. Hertz 1-800 support staff had no record of this location even having an after-hours drop-off spot. Several more calls required to find out where to drop the car. It all worked out, but clearer communication would have prevented the stress.2.0 Poor

While most rental car agencies in Albuquerque had no cars available, this site did. The staff at the pickup location were acceptable in handling renting a car with some concerns; at drop off they were very courteous.Cons:
