Pros:
While most rental car agencies in Albuquerque had no cars available, this site did. The staff at the pickup location were acceptable in handling renting a car with some concerns; at drop off they were very courteous.Cons:

Head lights very dull, didn’t light up the road at all especially on mountain roads! Hubcaps rattled , thought something was falling off under the car. VERY BUMPY RIDE......almost as if no shocks!!!!!2.0 Poor

Through my error (reserving a car at the wrong location!) a full size sedan wasn't available. The staff kindly offered us several available options, which included a no-cost upgrade. The car performed very well and made our vacation more enjoyable. I'll be using Enterprise next time, for sure.Cons:

The guys were so friendly. They got us all set up quickly and the return process was really fast. As a female, I appreciate that they didn't try to hard sell me on anything or guilt me into buying things I didn't need. I would definitely rent from these guys again!Budget

There was nothing I liked about this experience. Such a bad experience.Cons:
They made a reservation for 12pm for a location that closed... at 12pm. The guy was still there and informed me that they “have been trying to get this changed for sometime” and did nothing to help us. We had to get a ride to another location and they tried to charge us more than double the reservation price. When I asked to speak to the manger on site, I was told that it would be 3-4hrs before she could speak with us. I spent literally hours on the phone with National. When we finally did get the car, they gave us the wrong car and didn’t tell us. When I called to tell them they gave us the wrong car, they directed me to a new location to pick up the right car. Upon arriving at the new location the person on site told me that he “didn’t know why they told us that, I don’t have any cars to give you”. No one at any of these locations were apologetic or tried to help us figure anything out. National ended up giving us a $100 credit which isn’t really that much (IMO) for how much time I spent dealing with this nightmare.10.0 Wonderful

I arrived on Sunday and the company was closed!! This resulted in having to rent at the airport as a walkup that increased the rental cost from $370 to $500. If they were going to be closed on Sunday I should have been notified.2.0 Poor

The person that rented the vehicle was nice, but smelled horribly like smoke. The vehicle was a decent price and I was able to rent last minute without any hassle in renting. I appreciated that he didn't try to "sell" me something that I didn't need.Cons:
I couldn't get my music for the 6 hour drive either way, even though I tried to work with the sales representative to address the issue. I had hoped to return the vehicle at 6pm on Saturday, but later found out it was only open until 12pm on Saturday (not just Sunday as I had thought).Hertz

Never got the car. I showed up at the airport Hertz and they said that the reservation was made at some other Hertz offsite about 20 minutes from the airport. I had to pay for another car even though I was prepaid. It was not evident when I made the reservation that it was some offsite Hertz location. Waste of money. Will never use Kayak again9.6 Wonderful

It turned out that my original booking was an off-site location which closed 5 hours before I was to arrive. It then cost well over $100 to switch to a pickup at the airport site. We got distracted on the return and failed to recover our GPS navigation unit. So far that has not been turned in by their employee. Airbag need service and the passenger bag even turned off on occasion.8.0 Very Good
