Car rented in conjunction with travel. Assumption was that it was airport office of Enterprise where car would be acquired. It wasn’t. Had to Uber to city to get car.8.0 Very Good

I confused rental site. Instead of airport I accidentally chose downtown. Downtown did not let me have the full size sedan I wanted due to lack of supply at the airport and authorized only a mid sized van which I accepted with disappointment.2.0 Poor

The car didn't break down during our rental period.Cons:
When picking car up at non-airport site, we were told that we could return the car either to the airport or the same non-airport site. We were NOT told that the price would be increased over $100 if we returned it to the airport. No check of condition of car at pick up.2.0 Poor

Loretta, the lovely lady at the Budget counter who helped us was fantastic. She was patient with us when things got a little stressful and was always polite and shared a few laughs with us when we needed it most! Even when I called in with questions and she was busy she was pleasant and got to us as quickly as possible. Thanks, Loretta!Cons:
Budget’s new payment policies. I feel as though they are quite discriminatory against lower to middle class people who don’t have a credit card limit as high others or the credit that’s needed to pay with a debit card even though we have the money. It’s really embarrassing when these things are pointed out in front of others even though we are working as hard as we can to get through life. Not everyone has certain luxuries that your company demands. We will probably think twice before renting with Budget again.2.0 Poor

The car receiving location was so far from the airport that my taxi to get the car was $50 - which made the total cost almost as much as getting the car at ABQ. You have lost me!!Hertz

The staff went out of their way to make things work when the internet was unavailable and there was no backup system or process.Cons:
The car was grubby as was the tiny office (not at the airport) which was poorly identified and difficutlt to find.2.0 Poor

Never got the car. I showed up at the airport Hertz and they said that the reservation was made at some other Hertz offsite about 20 minutes from the airport. I had to pay for another car even though I was prepaid. It was not evident when I made the reservation that it was some offsite Hertz location. Waste of money. Will never use Kayak again9.6 Wonderful

Cons:
It turned out that my original booking was an off-site location which closed 5 hours before I was to arrive. It then cost well over $100 to switch to a pickup at the airport site. We got distracted on the return and failed to recover our GPS navigation unit. So far that has not been turned in by their employee. Airbag need service and the passenger bag even turned off on occasion.8.0 Very Good
