I was told that they don’t have the type of vehicle I reserved for upon arrival, and they don’t accept prepaid card for security deposit. I wasted the whole amount spent on reservation. Never rent with Fox!Reviewed 2 Dec 2025

Pick up and drop off took way too long. Their process was slow. Car only had a half a tank of gas when we picked it up; very annoying. We paid over $120 in mandatory insurance fees; that is a huge difference and should be noted.Reviewed 22 Nov 2025

Had my reservation booked , traveled 18 hours went to the desk at the terminal and proceeded to get my rental and have to wait 2 1/2 hours before been seen to is unprofessional, otherwise all was good.Reviewed 16 Nov 2025

I arrived with my reservation and they didn’t have any cars. They told me I’d need to go somewhere else. Other rental companies were booked up because of a big F1 races and the few available cars at other rental companies were triple the price. I ended up without a car for a weekend with my elderly grandmother who is 96. It’s irresponsible to confirm a reservation is there isn’t a car available!Reviewed 25 Oct 2025
