I arrived with my reservation and they didn’t have any cars. They told me I’d need to go somewhere else. Other rental companies were booked up because of a big F1 races and the few available cars at other rental companies were triple the price. I ended up without a car for a weekend with my elderly grandmother who is 96. It’s irresponsible to confirm a reservation is there isn’t a car available!Reviewed 25 Oct 2025

They require a $500 deposit which is insane and ridiculous. I had to cancel my entire trip because I didn't have the $500 deposit. I needed that $500 for my trip, I didn’t have that money to give to them so they can hold onto it for fun.Reviewed 24 Oct 2025

Our flight was delayed and Fox/expedia would not figure out a way to hold the car for us or contact the location directly. It took over an hour on the phone and in person to finally figure out a way to get in touch the branch and then it got solved.Reviewed 22 Oct 2025

As I was driving, the oil warning light came on. Out of concern for safety, I immediately returned the car to the pickup location, expecting they would exchange it for another vehicle. However, instead of providing a replacement, the staff simply added motor oil and told me it was fine to continue driving. I found this response unacceptable and unsafe, as an oil warning light can indicate other potential issues with the vehicle. I purchased insurance with the rental, and under these circumstances, I believe I should have been given a new car.Reviewed 9 Oct 2025

The best part was the rental agent - M. was super helpful and he helped secure a car for me last minute with the best deal. Don’t expect the nicest cars - they are fairly used but the price is generally worth the value.Reviewed 2 Oct 2025

I booked the mid size SUV however they gave me compact SUV which is smaller and was not convenient for me. Besides of that, when I booked the car there was unlimited miles however at the spot they said that I have only 600 km for my entire booking which is 200 km a day.
