Pros:Staff was courteous and direct about additional charges and rental rules. Check-in/drop-off were both quick and easy exchanges.Cons:Price is always a factor and while I do feel we got a lot for our dollar, and appreciate the unexpected (free) car upgrade we got, I think the company overall can continue to make rentals more affordable - especially for within-state travel.Reviewed 2 Apr 2021

Cons:The whole experience of pickup and drop off was an an absolute disaster. Ya’l allowed me to schedule a pickup at a time where they were closed. The multiple occasions I tried to return the car and was turned away and overcharged was infuriating. My experience was Bad with a capital B! I’m questioning whether or not to use these services again.Reviewed 7 Feb 2021

Pros:Staff was friendlyCons:Location was under staffed. Car was dirty when I picked it up. There was no washer fluid in the vehicle and it was dangerous driving it until I bought some. When I went to return the car it was closed. I’ve been on the phone with Hertz for over an hour to determine what to do. Super dissatisfied.Reviewed 2 Jan 2021
