Pros:Staff was understanding and helpful. We had some issues with the car in the first 4 days and came by ANC with it on 9/10. None serious enough to exchange the car, but we did receive a fair adjustment on our final invoice...Cons:Car could've been cleaner,,,Reviewed 20 Sep. 2020
