Wanted the example SUV car (Toyota RAV4) did not get it.Pros:Courteous receptionist for getting the car rental agreement started.Cons:Did not get the SUV type I thought I would get. The extra insurance I bought was positioned to me by Enterprise as being secondary and that I would be responsible for initiating claims. Bad move on the part of Enterprise AND the extra insurance agency to not be in sync what the extra insurance would do and implied difficulty in filing claims. Fortunately, I did not have to make any claims. I certainly would never pay for insurance like that again. Even though it was not part of the "Enterprise" experience (in that they did not control the insurance), their policy on this type of insurance reflected very poorly on them, in my opinion.Reviewed 20 Aug 2018
