Location was a bit off the strip so it was quiet. The shower was amazing. On the other hand, the furniture was scratched and chipped. The coffee pods were not replaced by maid service and the breakfast in bed was not impressive at all. It was delivered almost an hour late one morning. Pros (+) We loved everything! The location (so close to clifton hill), breakfast in bed, french press coffee, complimentary champaigne, the upgrade they gave us, and the bed and towels! We will stay there again. Many people are complaining about parking, but $17 a day sounds reasonable compared to $50 a day charged at the hotels by the falls.

Cons (-) Exterior and the surrounding area are not as nice as we would have liked. But once you enter a room, everything changes.

Pros (+) The restaurant was exceptional -- great ambience, superlative cuisine, professional staff. The room was great -- large, jacuzzi, nicely furnished. The front desk people were friendly, informative, and welcoming. We would return again if we return to Niagara Falls.
