The car is a hatchback, but does not have a rear wiper. It made it very dangerous driving when it was outside. Cannot see how the back. Also if Avis is gonna require people to return a rental at 70% charge and they should send it out at 100%. I only got 85% to start.Reviewed 10 May 2026

Only one person was available to help multiple customers. Employee did not go over vehicle prior damages nor vehicle features with the customer. Drop off services were horrible.
