Cons: The top issue with this hotel is its location. It sits up against the 17 Freeway and the road noise is significant. If you get a King Suite, it will most likely have the bedroom area / window right next to the freeway and is very loud. I would stay there again on a subsequent visit, but I will be sure to not book a King Suite and I will specifically request a room that is quiet. I also notice the traffic is louder on the 3rd floor, so I will also try to stay on a lower level. There was an odor in the room. I actually bought an air freshener from the store to put in the room. The free breakfast is OJ, Coffee, Sweet Rolls, Bagels, Muffins, and Apples. It would be wonderful to have something healthy besides apples (yogurt, oatmeal, additional fruit). They do have oatmeal and yogurt on the restaurant menu for $7 each which I took advantage of.

Cons: No enforcement of loud people above or outside of the windows at 3 in the morning.

Cons: I was not happy to have a room next to the freeway. The noise made sleep difficult.

Cons: It was super close to the highway, which was loud . Hard to find entry point . Security monitor at entry point, the entire campus and hotel are surrounded by fencing .

Cons: Could hear a fair amount of noise from outside the room at night. No open electrical outlets near the desk in the room. Not much of interest within walking distance and it's a bit confusing accessing the hotel from the road (for cab/Uber drivers).

Cons: We were expecting a bit more from a hotel rated so highly. The bathroom in our king suite was dingy and run down. The pillows on the bed were quite uncomfortable. We had to have our room keys reprogrammed for our one night's stay, which was very unfortunate at midnight.

Cons: Room was very hot/ac didn't work well. Mattress was very thin with a topper.

Cons: Elevators slow and creaky, Shower slow & hard to set, Air Conditioner very noisy, Breakfast forgettable,

Cons: The only thing I liked about it was that it was within walking distance to Charlie's, perhaps the best bar in Arizona, so I could drink away my anger and disgust at myself for not actually taking the time to read some reviews before I booked this place.

Cons: Rooms felt uninviting, no where to plug electronics in, very strong orange cleaner smell in the room. Walls very thin, could hear the couple next to us, no breakfast offered at all. We stayed on the 4th floor, only ice machine on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hall...a little creepy. Very outdated bathroom fixtures, tiles and small cheap white towels. I would much rather stay at a chain hotel next time.

Cons: Pool hours were ALWAYS disregarded and loud partying going on till the early hours. ECHO between the 2 buildings. CONSTANT clanging of unlocked / keyed metal gates. A hard to adjust hot / cold shower. Kreuger 1 cup coffee maker<< Should be a small pot coffee maker. No freezer in fridge.

Cons: The entrance and elevator smelled like cigarette smoke because they let guests smoke with the door open.

Cons: The hotel was absolutely filthy and the service was beyond terrible. It looks like the rooms have never been cleaned nor has anything ever been repaired or replaced. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The neighborhood also seems very unsafe.

Cons: The hot tub was cold and the housekeeping was very slow on responding to get toilet paper to room. 6 hours later
