Pros: My fiancé and I have stayed here several times. This is our spot. The service and the rooms are 5 stars every time. The spa is also incredible. Every guest is treated as a VIP.

Pros: Staff was terrific, even giving my husband a drink on the house because his wait time was long. They also gave our children rubber duckies for their baths.
Cons: The only thing that I would complain about is we called for towels and didn't get them. However, we did leave for dinner about 45 minutes later. (We just wanted them before and were so hungry, we shared towels to get ready for dinner faster.)

Pros: The room was clean and the hotel is in close proximity to the office I was visiting. The free breakfast in the morning is great. The staff was friendly and inviting.
Cons: The iron didn't work very well. The remote to the TV was missing. The front desk never answered when I would call.

Cons: -Gym is awful -Fire alarm disturbance - I was told bar would be open to order food until 10PM...I went down at 9:45 and it was completely closed up...almost all the restaurants in the area closed at 9:30...I was starving and their snack stand was Awful!

Pros: My whole stay was great. Close parking garage, free breakfast, friendly staff, great clean rooms. Legoland is like 15 minutes and it helps that the hotel is right next to the freeway.

Pros: Good location for business needs. Convenience store in back. Streaming video worked over wi-fi, so that helped offset the poor SD quality, overpriced, in-room entertainment system.
Cons: Room smelled like urine. Bathroom smelled like some took a huge dump right before I got there. I had to leave the fan running in the bathroom all week. Seemed to be a film of something all over the room. Poor entertainment system. All rentals, including very old films cost $19! Also, adult content is featured very prominently on the TV's entertainment landing page--very tacky. Do NOT recommend bringing children here. Breakfast is "meh," but standard for this sort of chain.

Cons: Unlike most other Residents Inn we had to repeatedly ask about coffee and when we asked about the multiple holds on our credit card for "incidentals " we were told it was a system function and they couldn't exactly explain it The pool is so small as to be useless

Pros: Got a very good room, private and comfy. Looks like a business hotel, but we had no problem feeling great on our romantic getaway. One small hiccup, found a plastic bottle on our last day under the bed.

Pros: Hotel was very accommodating to our needs. Overall a very nice comfortable place to stay. I would definitely come back again. Pool was nice and heated during the cold weather, kids enjoyed the pool and spa.

Cons: Parking is an extra cost per day! To self park your own car in a mostly empty lot. There is no refrigerator, but they can bring one to your room for an extra cost. There is no microwave. There is nothing special about this hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they were visiting one of the surrounding businesses and someone else was reimbursing the trip.
