Cons: Parking at night was crowded.

Cons: Beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Cons: Area for breakfast oops small, specially for handicap.

Cons: Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-10am and we came down at 8:30am. Nothing was replenished, kind of disappointing.

Cons: Bathtub was creaky and felt like you could fall through.

Cons: My room was by the elevator and was very loud starting at 5:00am every morning.

Cons: There was usually a wait for the elevators at times but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Cons: Ants... Found one crawling on my hair in bed.... And in the bathroom, but grossed out. Bed made so much noise I was sure neighbors could hear. The lighting was poor, it was very dark in room even with all lights on, had to open drapes which let every single person walking by feel invited to look in. My fault for missing in description there was no continental breakfast so for convenience used restaurant attached.... 40.00 for lousy breakfast. Shower head was too low for... 5'9" woman... Water pressure low and not a lot of hot water, more lukewarm. Stayed 3 nights, 1 day the maids cleaned room replenished towels, the next they did not.... Had to call front desk for towels and set garbage outside so the ants didn't come into room. Overall, wish I had gone to another hotel and will not return here.

Cons: Electric went out but parts of the hotel was up and running by the time we checked in at midnight. There was no wifi or cable tv. When we fell asleep our next door neighbors came back to their room and started to party outside their door at 4am I asked them politely to keep it down and they were drunk and rude! I tried to call the front desk but phone lines were down so finally after an hour later they quieted down. So needles to say the next morning I went to use the business center to print a email and everything was still down. And I asked the manager if they were going to comp is since they comped a lady before me and the manager chuck said no you have electricity on your room! I was going to leave and he said I'll comp you one night. He was rude and did not seem he genuinely was sorry! Just a horrible experience!

Cons: The bed mattress was pretty firm. We brought our own dvd player and had a horrible time trying to hook it up to their tv, with basically no help from the staff. The rooms were newly painted, but not very well. It was a cheaper attempt to make the room look nicer but it was fine for us.

Cons: The hotel itself is a bit dated. You can hear your neighbors if they're loud talkers. The bed on the floor above me was squeaky; but luckily, it was only "used" once. The lighting is a bit dim and could be fixed with brighter white bulbs instead of the ones with a yellow tinge. The wi fi was working fine until the last few nights when my laptop informed me some cipher wasn't matching and the network may be compromised.

Cons: Didn't change the sheets and towels every day, just made the beds and hung towels. But it always looked nice.

Cons: This is more of a picky convenience factor/ suggestion ..Not a Dislike..The lamp with the side electrical outlet for should also be next to the bed.(for plugging cell phone at night) mine was next to the tv up front... unless this is due to a safety rule, then its cool.

Cons: Maid didn't come to clean.

Cons: The computer in the lobby needs to be updated. It was really slow getting on the internet, but did work.

Cons: No elevators. Not a big deal since it only has two floors.

Cons: Very old, in need of renovation. Very old curtains, beds, walls. Bed was very uncomfortable, felt very springy. Hot tub not available to use. No restaurant for night time. No covered parking.

Cons: Facility outer appearance looked old, dated and in need of work. The bathroom were need or remodeling . The shower head was placed too low for my husband.

Cons: When we walked in the room the floor was damp. The toilet broke. There was a spider in the bathroom.

Cons: Dimly lit rooms that were slightly outdated. Heating/ cooling system inadequate for room size. Slightly noisy.

Cons: all the hidden fees from advertised room rate

Cons: I stayed for two nights; not a "nice" place but thought it was tolerable and certainly cheaper than the rest. But, on my second night, I lifted up a soda bottle and about 20 bugs went scurrying from under it. I then found a few of them in my bed, and along the wall, and along the nightstand. Because of that I would not stay here again and maybe not another Ramada anywhere.

Cons: The location is not that great. The facilities can use some upgrades.

Cons: The bathrooms are very old. They need to be remodeled. There was no breakfast even though kayak said the bad breakfast the hotel did not. The coffee that they did have has not very good, the creamers were expired and floated on top of the coffee.

Cons: There is so much dead space in this hotel it's a little creepy, although it seems like none of the extra space was utilized for the rooms. It's fairly older, from the carpet, the smell, the ceilings, and the fixtures in the bathroom. The deli/gift shop had a good selection of food, unfortunately after purchasing, some of the food smelled spoiled so we ended up tossing them out. I'm a Starwood guest member and typically prefer Sheraton brands anywhere from staying at the Moana Surfrider in Hawaii, Westin hotels, and Sheraton at Disneyland, but this by far was the least pleasant stay.

Cons: The room service was OK, although I had a hamburger on one of my nights, the silverware was a little dirty. Otherwise the room and hotel were pretty clean

Cons: Hotel restroom would over fog and create a big water mess everywhere. Shower curtain wasn't the right fit for the shower and a big puddle of water would build up in a 10 min shower.

Cons: I travel all the time for business. This hotel wins the worst hotel for 2018. The wifi went out constantly. No hot water in the rooms. Power went on and off. Service was poor and the breakfast buffet ($17 for old eggs and crappy potatoes) was absolutely horrible. The bacon was like a salt lick. Horrible place.

Cons: Rooms were dirty upon checkin. Stains in carpet. Hairs in tub. Slept in the morning and missed room service. Requested room service as we were heading out again and upon coming back we walked into still a dirty room and clean towels just piled on our dirty bed. Bed was not made, dirty towels were removed, tub was not cleaned. Complained to management and let us know all they could do is give us a free breakfast, which we opted out of. For the price not worth the money.

Cons: I didn't like that even though I marked in my pre check-in that we wanted extra towels and even though they knew that there were two of us, there was only one large body towel in our room. Then when we called down for an extra to be brought up it took over 30 min to get to our door. It was late and my fiancé had to wait way too long to shower.

Cons: The shower flooded a little, however maintenance fixed it in a short amount of time.

Cons: Very large desk. Would have preferred a sofa instead.

Cons: The rooms were dirty and outdated. Bathrooms were disgusting. Cracks in the tub, dirty grout and leaky sinks. There was also a wad of hair hanging from the ceiling in the walkway between our room and the pool. Horrible experience. We checked out the next day.

Cons: A little further from the airport than we thought. Hotel shuttle from airport not available so $60 taxi bill so negatively impacted value. Hotel shuttle to airport in the morning was perfect. Location seemed remote from restaurants and shopping.

Cons: Service took longer than expected

Cons: Not clean, clearly being renovated (old-no furniture). Loud people next door who complained of cockroaches. I would stay away from this place!

Cons: Old. Rusty. Peeling paint and wall paper. Rusted out fixtures in bathroom. Air cond. unit that was noisy enough to hear blocks away. Low def tv, captioning button stuck on. Tiles separating from floor in bathroom. How can this be an SPG hotel? Feel like I've been ripped off.

Cons: The hotel did look a bit beaten up. But, again, it was a quick cheap option. We weren't planning on staying in the hotel at all during the day and wouldn't need any amenities, just a place to sleep. It served it's purpose for the three nights we were there. Not a top end place, just a place to sleep.

Cons: Terrible gym with poor equipment. Exterior door to wing B did not close let alone lock

Cons: Shuttle making so many stops. Physical layout of building rather bizarre and like a labyrinth. Further away from airport than I anticipated. Approx. 30 min without traffic.

Cons: Housekeeping was out of control, I was walked in on FOUR different times, all while my DND sign was on the door, they didn't knock before unlocking the door; called for towels after 2 hours had to go get my own; witnessed housekeeping leave occupied rooms open/unlocked for long periods of time. My staff member had another guest receive a key to the room they were checked into.

Cons: Walk up price was around $130 Lots of repairs needed - I could hear the clunky doors from my room every time someone came in or out, ceiling leaking in the rain, little plumbing problems/rusty stuff. Something gross was stuck to the shower wall when I checked in, and housekeeping missed it the second day too.

Cons: Literally a cold shower on day 2. No hot water. Toilet needed to be flushed multiple times. Had to ask for a new roll of toilet paper since there was only about an 1/8th of a roll available at check in. $15 charge for overnight parking and yet there is broken bottles, trash all over, kids smoking weed, listening to loud music and playing football. Crazy lady living out of her van and of course signs all over stating that they bear no responsibility for items that may get stolen from vehicle.
