Cons:Had to wait 30 minutes in line. The clerk looked for my reservation on Hertz instead of Thrifty. The did t tell me the car was in the Hertz parking lot instead of Thrifty. Will never rent with them again.Reviewed 18 Apr 2021

Pros:The Hyundai Tucson was very clean and comfortableCons:My flight was delayed and the Thrifty rental counter closed before I arrived. No local or manager number to call. I was stranded at the airport late at night. I had to use alternate transportation that night and return to the airport to pick up the rental car the next morning. Then, Thrifty refused to modify my rental contract for the adjusted period of time. So I was stranded without a car and paid for a day I did not use. I filed a complaint but no acknowledgement or resolution.Reviewed 8 July 2020
