Cons:I needed a car to drive to Dallas on short notice. I mistakenly thought I will rent a car from the airport location. I was able to reserve the car a pay for the insurance however, when I went to pickup the car I was turned away empty handed. Apparently, If you don not have a major credit card you can not rent a car. However they are more than happy to accept a debit card payment for the insurance. Very frustrating experience and I basically got ripped off. I am comforted to know all of this is in the fine print.Reviewed 27 Jan. 2020

Pros:The women that helped us when picking up the rental was wonderful; the car was clean and new; drop off was super quick and easy. Will definitely use Thrifty again.Cons:Prices could be cheaper, but for a minivan with leather seats at about $70/day it’s not too bad.Reviewed 6 Dec. 2019

Never againPros:NothingCons:It was no deal, I tried the wild card deal, with the hope of getting a nice car - NO. The car that was available was compact, yeah right I am 6' 3" weight 275. I asked if there was any deal for bigger car, and the (very unpleasant lady,) said no. Luckly this wasnt my first time renting a car, I had two other reservations for situations like this. Therefore, enterprise got my business.. Big mistake Thrifty - HUGH. For anyone thinking about getting a good deal, not knowing what kind of car you are going to get, have a back up plan/reservation! :-)Reviewed 1 Jun. 2017
