Zero customer service through dollar and kayak both. Basically got screwed out of my rental. So I paid for nothing. Crazy this was my third rental in two weeks through kayak and have many more to rent but will never use your services againReviewed 6 May 2024

Our flight in was delayed and when we got to the dollar rental. Everybody was gone when I called the night manager. He simply said sorry. You'll have to come back tomorrow. So basically they stranded us at the airport in Tulsa. Luckily, enterprise stepped up to the plate, and did a fantastic job of taking Care of our Needs. And making us feel like they really cared. We won't be back to the dollar. Also, my wife rented this through the kayak app. The scheduling between flight times and return times on the rental were completely mismatched. You had us turning the car in at 12 noon. Our flight wasn't till 630, so it seems like the whole thing was a gimmick to begin with where you guys are trying to get us to spend more money to extend the rental in the first place. I don't think we're gonna be back to the kayak app. Either.Reviewed 12 Mar 2024
