Pros: staff was great, drop off was easy.

Cons: the additional fees incurred at drop off were not disclosed properly at rental. those fees should be disclosed when someone is making the purchase. it's shady and nobody feels good about their rental when they're slapped with that. the vehicle was clean and full of gas, i'm talking about the "standard" fees that everyone incurs.

Return fees not as stated in agreement

Pros: The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful, but do not feel that they understood the fees they said they were able to waive.

Cons: That my charge when returning the vehicle was not what I was told in the rental agreement. I feel there was some dishonesty when I was told there were fees that would be waived, but then upon returning the vehicle found out I would be charged the added fees. I would have made other choices if I would have known this upfront. Either communication and training need to be done better or being honest about fees upfront and not surprising customers at the end of their trip when they return vehicles.
