Easy to return, a nightmare to pick up.Pros:Car was clean, drop off was friendly and quick. The lady who was at the return was friendly and checked me in quickly.Cons:Picking the vehicle up took over an hour. Two visits to two different booths, identification and all cards presented and they refused to complete the pickup due to a very minor difference in I’d and credit card: an initial vs a full name. Not to mention that the entire pickup experience was one long sales pitch to up sell you on every little tiny package. Give me the vehicle I paid for.Reviewed 30 Oct 2017
