Pros: Cleon , comfortable and very convenient location.

Pros: Staff are very helpful and it it in such great location very close to the subway and JR. room size is reasonable and the bathroom is great!

Pros: I love the minimalistic decoration, customer service and the fact that there is a clothes washing cleaning and you don’t need to pay a fortune to wash your clothes, like most hotels

Pros: Room price was reasonable, however, breakfast was 33k yen ($30) and $20 for the gym. Although expensive, the breakfast bar is excellent - better than most I've had here in the states. The bar at the top floor was cool with good ambience. Most of the staff speaks some English and are very helpful.

Pros: The deluxe city view room was phenomenal for a country boy like me. Room cleaning and bed making was excellent, left my extra spending money in the room and never missed a penny. Everyone was so very polite in the hotel, the view from the bar on the top floor is also not to be missed. Prices for drinks, etc. are as to be expected for this hotel, but don't miss breakfast! As American as you could want, and make sure you ask the guy with the chef hat on to make your eggs. Omelet, over easy, whatever, they will be done to perfection and delivered to your table. I loved my stay at this hotel, it was hard to come back to reality in the US.

Pros: If you want to experience the full impact of Shibuya Crossing and be right in the thick of it - the hotel has amazing views of the crossing from above - then Shibuya Excel is the perfect place to base yourself!!!

Pros: We had a good room with a good view of the Shibuya Crossing. It was good to watch in the evening. The hotel was conveniently closes to the train station. Don't forget to check out the Hachigo statue on the way to the train station.

Pros: Location was great, a short walk from the train station but far enough a way to avoid staiton traffic. There's tons of nearby nightlife, but the room itslef was quiet. Staff were quite courteous in accomodating guests on higher floors to avoid noise. The decor was outstanding. Each floor had it's own theme based on something Japan is known for: ancient shines, anime, woodblock prints, cherry blossoms. Just awesome.

Pros: I've stayed here before, and was happy to find a good rate when my prior lodging arrangements fell apart. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. The hotel is a short walk to the JR rail station, and there's lots of great restaurants and shopping in the area. I will come back!
