Customer service was friendly and helpful end to end, much better than the service with Avis. But the SUV was filthy on the outside and inside on the windshield. The driver's side floor mat had a large hole in it. I only had a 3 hour drive, but this could have been much better with a clean inside windshield. Otherwise, the new Toyota RAV4 was a great ride.

It’s miserable service. They said there was no minivan which I rent and got confirmed. Even workers said no sorry and no explanation. Strongly recommend no use this service. Worst service I got. Even I wondered racism there. So disappointing.

Pick-up truck

I picked up the car and it was dirty in the back seat .. chocolate smeared all over a seat and crumbs everywhere … the bar battery also died while I was away and had to call AAA to jump it .. ( due to the hazards lights being on for 25 minutes ..

Cons:

Engine light came on day two and because most Hertz locations are closed or have modified hours, I stuck with car that had something wrong with it. Then, they over charge me for rental.
