Hidden informationPros:The only reason I booked with them was because of their price.Cons:But I guess you get what you pay for. When I first booked the car online nowhere did it say of you are in-state you have to have a credit card or that you have limited mileage. How is this fair when if I was from out of town I got unlimited miles and could use a debit card for the 200 deposit??? Getting to the place is where they tell you all of that. Since I dont have a credit card I waisted money on a reservation with them. They wouldn't let me add another driver to the policy since the reservation was done online (yet online...it's not an option to add another driver). I couldn't use someone's else's credit card with the same last name as me (and who was right there with me to give consent for the use of their card) yet at other car rental companies I have done that before in the past. I needed a car and theirs was cheaper so I ended up getting another reservation with them in someone else's name. With this reservation (although it was also done online) I could now all of a sudden and an additional driver to it. They said when we turn the car back in, any occurred charges could be paid for with another card. When we brought the car back, they lied and said they wouldn't charge us for an additional driver however, they did anyways placing that charge on a credit card that no charge should have been made to. I had absolutely no problem paying for the additional driver, however it would have been done with a debit card so don't lie to me about where it's getting charged to not mess up people's credit status.Reviewed 10 Dec 2018

Mediocre at bestPros:Car was clean and easy access from airport to rental area.Cons:I rent d a Toyota RAV4, a mid size SUV. I got a Ford Escape, which was NOT midsize. The car was horrid, the rear squeaked with every bump and it was cramped. NOT what I had signed up for. Very disappointed, as I had specifically NOT chosen the Ford Escape choices online, yet still ended up with one.Reviewed 19 Nov 2018

First and Last Time Ever Using AdvantagePros:That I eventually got a car.Cons:The process of picking up the car in Charlotte was outrageously terrible. Truly, their operations felt like it was their first day...in the 80s. Seriously, how can it take over 30 minutes to pick-up a car for which you provided all the essential information in advance? Thought I got a dealPros:Process was normal; the value of the vehicle was average after the charge for an additional driver and comprehensive insurance.Cons:Pick up - no one cleaned the car; the tire pressure light was on but we were told not to worry about it. At Drop off no one came to check the vehicle. We were told to just go ahead and I would get the receipt emailed to me. This made me uncomfortable as they didn't even look at the car and I didn't want something to "pop up" that they could say was wrong. In the end they did not charge me for any extras, as they shouldn't have. so it worked out fine.Reviewed 15 Oct 2018
