We never picked up a car because they were "out" in Charlotte despite booking a car online. The staff member who helped me obtain my vehicle was terrific. The only complaint I have is that I specifically reserved a mini van for a noon pick up. When I got there, none were available. Then why bother? So I agreed to a large SUV. When I went to the deck to get in the vehicle, another customer was about to drive off in it. He too had been assigned the same vehicle. I went all the way back to the counter and by the time I got there, a minivan had been cleaned and was available. If it weren't for the exceptional customer service I received from the desk staff, I would have had a much worse attitude.Reviewed 29 Mar 2024
