Midnight in Charlotte Airport, rented an Alamo car after flight was cancelled. Website says Alamo open until 1:45am but no one was there to rent out cars. I was stranded because all other cars had been rented due to many flight cancellations.Reviewed 5 Aug 2024

They required 2 forms of photo idea (not warned ahead of time) because I booked within 24 hours. Never seen this in my life after hundreds of rentals. Everything else was sold out and i took a $200 uber instead.Reviewed 10 May 2024

Pros:Staff was relatively friendly and helpful, vehicle was excellent.Cons:The vehicle was not waiting for us when we arrived. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a vehicle to arrive at the facility. Communication of this was poor as we were told the wait would be only 10 minutes and I believe we were not immediately notified when our vehicle was ready.Reviewed 11 May 2021
