Cons:If you don’t mind being surprised with last minutes fees and charges, advantage rent a car is for you. I needed a 4 day rental for a drive to Denver, but since I lived in the same city as where I chose to rent the vehicle, I was only allowed150 miles, and everything over that would be charged 50 cents per mile unless I bought a mileage package. This place is a joke... I will only rent from hertz from here on out!!Reviewed 24 Mar 2018

Cons:I had a guaranteed mid-size vehicle which I needed for extensive driving while in town. I arrived and only a minivan was available. After much arguing and waiting, and more waiting, a midsize came available. It smelled like smoke and had large burn holes on the seats and across the interior. not at all what I expected.Reviewed 24 Mar 2018

Do not rent from this companyCons:This company is corrupt, they charged me for insurance when I specifically told them I didn't want it and then refused to refund it. They put a bunch of additional items on my bill and refused to take them off when I called them within 24 hours of renting the car. Very, very bad customer service and both the employees found joy in the fact that they would not give me any money back, it was very odd as I don't know any company that would act this way. Really bad experience and very deceptive trade practices, I will be reporting them to the BBB and fighting the charges on my credit card.Reviewed 22 Mar 2018

Hidden charges!!!Pros:Great carCons:It took them forever to pick us up at the airport. Then when we got the receipt there was over a hundred and twenty dollars of charges we didn't know we would be paying. We declined extra insurance but were charged 25 dollars a day for it. Then some other random charges. For things we didn't understand. I've rented with kayak a number of times in the past and have had no issues.
