I paid on kayak using my chime credit card then Dollar didn’t allow me to rent a car so I didn’t get the service but they refuse to refund me the $460Reviewed 17 Oct 2024

The man that checked us in at the airport was very friendly and quick. The price was cheaper than the other rental places for a 7 passenger vehicle. However, after drop off there was $17ish dollars added to the total which I am unsure what for as we had filled up the gas completely right before returning and we were before the drop off time.Reviewed 29 Sept 2024

They initially claimed that we dropped the car off two full days after we actually did. I was able to get the charges removed, but it was quite a hassle of calling phone numbers and eventually having to drive down to my nearest Dollar location.Reviewed 13 Apr 2024

Limited vehicles available. Line was 50 people long with two counter associates. Ended up leaving and getting another vehicle from Avis.Reviewed 29 Mar 2024

My vehicle was not there. Argued with an attendant for an hour about a vacant spot my vehicle was SUPPOSED to be at. Not once in 2 and a half hours did they mention you need a credit card and a $500 deposit till after I signed the agreement. Counter staff rude AF.Reviewed 13 Mar 2024

I called to inform them that my 11:00 p.m. arrival had been delayed for ten minutes and I expected that I would be to the counter by 11:20 p.m. The agent responded that I had not provided my flight number, so they would close at 11:00 p.m. So, I paid for a day's rental I did not receive and was left without transportation. Also, my reservation did not inquire as to my flight number, so very disappointing. If I had not paid in advance through Kayak, I would have cancelled the reservation. Therefore, I am unlikely to use Kayak in the future.Reviewed 11 Jan 2024
