I pre ordered a car via a website I use for work. I work for Delta Air Lines and am supposed to get a discount. When I clicked that I wanted to return it to a different location, it wouldn’t let me pick a different location. The girl at the front desk said she was not able to switch it herself, that I had to modify it myself. I could not and decided to cancel it. I found on Kayak.com that it let me do the option of dropping the car off at a different location, so I booked it. I got charged $20 more than what I had originally wanted to book. That was disappointing. Alamo will not be my first choice from here on out.Reviewed 4 Dec 2023
