All agents were nice and provided clear answers and some empathy, so that was good. There was no transparency online of what the collision waiver would cost. It was expensive as expected, but not being able to see my bottom line cost when shopping for reservations is pretty lousy. There was a really long line at the rental car center for pick up, and when we got out to the garage to select a car, the size of car I reserved was not available and there was a really limited choice. I got a much larger car, which I was not thrilled with for efficiency, city parking, and ride quality reasons, but which was usable. The delays meant I left the garage at peak rush hour, and traffic was at a standstill (even within the car rental lot!). After a long overseas flight, not fun. Can’t blame all Boston traffic on the rental car company, but they could have streamlined the pick up process to get us out the door earlier. and they could work with the city to site their property so it doesn’t create or suffer from such bad traffic bottlenecks.Reviewed 18 Apr 2024

Horrible! We were charged $20 weeks after rental with no reference as to why. We just received another bill for $125 for the sand on the mats. There was snow on the roads and they were sanded. Filing a claim at small claims courtReviewed 14 Apr 2024

Never saw anything go so smooth. We picked up in Groton CT, dropped off at Logan. And then reversed the pick up and drop off on the return of our trip. 1, 2,3 we were in and out of there. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Nothing to improve on.Reviewed 3 Apr 2024

Was quoted a much cheaper price online and when I arrived it went from 143 to 600 including the hold on card then the car was a base model Chevy spark I asked for a refund and then they tried with other cars but they weren’t charged, so I went over to hertz and got a Tesla model x for 280 and a 200 dollar hold… would not recommend budgetReviewed 25 Feb 2024

We had to wait several minutes for Guillermo to find us a car. In the meantime, at least 10 other people in line behind us, got their cars from other agents and left. When Guillermo finally found us a car, it turned out to be the wrong size. We requested and paid for a full-size vehicle, and we got an intermediate sized vehicle that squashed people together and was difficult to store all the luggage. The return check-in went smoothly, but the pick up was horrible, in the car we got was not what we ordered. So overall, this was not a good experience.Reviewed 25 Sept 2023
