Pick up took 3 rounds before we got picked up. Bus was small and too many customers. It took 2 hours to get from airport to rental place and finally get a car. Long line and not enough workers. Then one left with lots of people still in line. Took way too long for the whole process. When finally processes over 2 hours late the car was not ready. Awful front desk situation. Rude workers but in all honesty it’s hard to blame them when everyone complains all day. The manager told me they had 50 cada and only two people cleaning them. Sounds like a bad business model to me. Needless to say people waiting for hours for their cars that they’d pre-reserved. Such a buzzkill to start the vacay.Reviewed 3 Aug 2025
