Unfortunately, I experienced several issues with this car. The front tire was running very low and I had to fill it up with air every day of the trip. Second, the check engine light came on and on the last day of the trip the engine lost power while I was on the highway and had to pull over and stop the car. I relayed all of his information when I dropped off the car, but nobody seemed to even care.Reviewed 1 Feb 2026

Pick up took 3 rounds before we got picked up. Bus was small and too many customers. It took 2 hours to get from airport to rental place and finally get a car. Long line and not enough workers. Then one left with lots of people still in line. Took way too long for the whole process. When finally processes over 2 hours late the car was not ready. But I did get an upgrade so can’t complain too much.Reviewed 28 Oct 2025

Awful front desk situation. Rude workers but in all honesty it’s hard to blame them when everyone complains all day. The manager told me they had 50 cada and only two people cleaning them. Sounds like a bad business model to me. Needless to say people waiting for hours for their cars that they’d pre-reserved. Such a buzzkill to start the vacay.Reviewed 3 Aug 2025
