They cancelled our flight and one after and then crammed everyone on a late flight. Refused to give us a meal voucher because the delay was less than 3 hours. In the end the delay was 4 hours. No reason was ever given for the cancelled flights. Fly Southwest!

Flight delayed. Then left much later than new time. 88 year old dad waiting at Kona airport for ages.

Hawaiian airlines canceled my flight the night before my a due to weather. This is fine, I know this happens. In the email alerting me to the cancellation they said they would reach out to reschedule. I got this email at dinner time the night before the trip. I didn’t hear back so I called and was on hold for hours, I tried their texting questions option and never heard back. I tried to chat with a representative online, the website says you can chat and have questions answered but there is no link to a chat option anywhere on the site. After hours trying to get someone to communicate with me about the details of the cancellation and my rescheduling options I have up, got the flight refunded and booked a much more expensive last minute flight. Nonexistent customer service, I’ll never fly Hawaiian again.

The plane was very old. No screens on the back of the seat and there was obvious wear and tear in both the bathroom and the seating areas.

Plane had screws missing from engine cowling. Retire that POS

The check in women was very nasty attitude to the passengers from Lihue airport flight 68

Liked promptness of boarding and take off. Enjoyed warm breakfast sandwich and cookie, with water throughout flight. Thought there would have been more entertainment options on a 5 hour flight.

The Hawaiian airlines checkin desk was too small for the number of checkins. The seat on the plane was right next to the jet engine and it was very loud. It was probably 90 decibels or more loud. They should offer protective ear muffs for those seats. Seriosly. It was LOUD. The boarding of passengers should begin with those at the back of the aircraft, not the front of the aircraft to avoid having to wade through people who are still putting their stuff in the overhead bins on the way back to the back of the plane.

Liked all aspects except boarding notification. Long delay with little support in knowing about change in boarding gates .
