Pros: Clean aircraft, new plane
Cons: Charges at the gate for baggage. $160 for one checked bag that was small. She said that at the airport gate fees apply. We were traveling with no wifi so were unable to check a bag online.
Cons: I paid for for “sports equipment” when I purchased my ticket, however was still made to pay an extra 275$ For my bike upon arrival at the boarding gate. Not happy. I lined up for 1hr 7 minutes before I was able to check in, ridiculous - I just got to the gate as it was boarding and I Arrived 3 hours early for my international flight.
Pros: Seats okay but would not recline
Cons: Our flight was delayed because of poor rostering due to one of the crew being out of hours and another crew member had to be brought from Brisbane to Sydney to join the flight. Not very professional in my eyes.
Pros: Hawaiian theme, especially the safety video. Extra Comfort seats.
Cons: On the flight from Sydney to Honolulu the pitch and width of the Extra Comfort seats was not any bigger than the coach seats. On the shorter ( :-( ) flight from Honolulu to LAX it was.
Pros: Staff were friendly and courteous.
Cons: Everything is an add-on with Jetstar. Not only do you have to pay for all checked bags (and it's more expensive if you pay at the airport instead of at time of booking) but any in-flight meals, blankets, pillows, movies, etc. are for purchase only, and they are not cheap! Couldn't they at least spring for a pillow when you have an overnight flight?! Rather disappointing.
Pros: I like the ability to have an upgraded seat, and also the staff is very kind and warm
Cons: They really need to try and put a passengers with small children or infants in one part of the plane. These parents aren’t held to any modicum of manners or basic respect for the other passengers around them. If I say something I’m the awful person, when I paid the same amount if not more than that awful child who kicked the back of seat and screamed the whole 5 hrs home. I’m not talking new parents navigating a baby and crying, that’s gonna happen. I am talking about the hideous humans who have decide to have children and check out on being a parent. It’s effing miserable.
Pros: The crew seemed very helpful and wanted to make it easier for families with children, so I moved from my row of 4 in the middle and got 2 seats on the side instead, which worked out great. I know some flights are more full and can't do this but it was really nice and made the flight more comfortable. Also the wine was a nice touch too :)
Cons: Didn't seem nearly as clean of an aircraft as the Virgin Australia flight I had taken on my way into Australia, but maybe it was a newer aircraft. Regardless, the toilet could have been a bit cleaner.
Pros: I got alive to my destination
Cons: Original flight was cancelled. Next flight was full. The flight I was booked on got delayed because it was raining heavy in Brisbane... No food or coffee was offered during the whole experience.
Pros: 3 hour flight and had a meal Several drinks and crew was very attentive Also seats were very comfortable and spaced well
Cons: Nothing really other then maybe a better selection of movies but I am not picky Great flight

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
