Everything from the staff to the comfort of business class was excellent. This is one of my new favorite airlines.

Very good; seat made ready for bed after meal, a plus since one airline covered the seat at the start.

Business class Seats on the A350 from Nan to YVR were wonderful. The flight crew was okay but could do with better training. Toilets were clean but ran out of paper towels towards the end of the flight. The food/menu and the wine offered really needs considerable improvement. Dinner options were either Bolani, a beef sandwich (even this could be made much better), or paneer butter masala. Unfortunately, if you are not a fan of Fijian food, there isn’t much choice. Dessert was either turmeric ice cream or fruits but unfortunately, they were out of fruit! So the only option was turmeric ice cream. I’m not certain how many passengers like turmeric but I am not one of them. They need to cater to a more diverse group of people. Perhaps they need a new chef? The movies& tv shows were mostly older so I didn’t find that interesting either. It was however, fun to view the plane’s exterior cameras as we take off and land. The best thing about this flight are the business class seats.

Really liked the plane and business class seat. Food was ok but could be better. Service was very good.

The A350 aircraft business class experience was very good. Comfortable and well appointed pod, and supplemental bed pad available for sleeping. Food was very good.

The flight attendants were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything ran on time. I highly recommend Fiji Airways.

check-in at sydney was a bit disorganized. one well-dressed woman appeared to be in charge, staring at others who were not ready and checking in passengers. one person at business class check-in, was sarcastic and only mentioned the gate assignment, no bother to mention the lounge access etc... the crew on board was stellar. so polite, helpful and respectful. the meals were great, endless beverages, and the a350 is spectacular with the seat/bed, amenity kit, television, bedding, headphones. first time flying fiji airways- honolulu- fiji-sydney, and sydney-fiji-los angeles, all in business class. their fares are much more affordable than other carriers. hopefully, one day, they will use a widebody aircraft from honolulu- fiji, since it is a nearly 7-hour flight and the 737-max 8, although comfortable, would be better with a widebody plane.

My issue is not with Alaska for but with the travel agency. The fact that i can't change my flight online, means that using you as a travel agency is a net negative. I only do it because I am forced to, but I am not happy about it.

The plane was delayed almost 3 hours. I had a first class seat and there was no food loaded due to the late night departure (no nuts, not meal and no cookie), and the first class bathroom was out of order. Truly a disappointment all around.

The flight attendant and first class were very friendly, efficient, and wanted to make sure that service was great. Highly recommend this airline.

Advertise the fact the passenger needs to bring own headset for entertainment. I traveled first class Seattle to Miami. Five plus hours without any entertainment. I was not impressed! Food was lackluster and quite boring. So much so I cannot remember what I had. I decided to cancel the return trip and flew on Delta instead. I can still remember the meal, beef short-ribs with mashed potato, onion gravy, and beautiful carrots. Stay away from Alaska Air!

Compared to Delta, the entertainment provided by Alaska Airlines was substandard. Use your own device with no ear phones provided.

I needed special assistance to the gate and from the gate to the street, and Alaska staff were wonderful - responsive, helpful, and kind. I really appreciated it.

Negotiate better gate locations- Gate 20 in San Diego felt like a 3 mile walk

My bags didn’t make my connection to LAX. It would be helpful if you alerted me to that in flight— I waited an hour (from midnight to 1AM to discover they weren’t on the carousel. Your spei on the flight says “20 minutes or miles credited” and I waited and hour!

We had lie flat seats, which are nice to have for overnight flights. Economy was almost empty, so many there had entire rows to themselves

The flight was fine, but the connection to the next flight was difficult. We got lost in the Incheon Airport trying to transfer to Terminal 1, and almost missed our flight since it was very difficult to find instructions on how to get there. I would have loved help from China Airlines in providing instructions how to transfer to the connecting flight.

We flew first class, and it was worth every penny for that long flight. The crew was great, the service was terrific, and we were so very comfortable. It made the flight so much better. We will fly Hawaiian again!

Hawaiian Airlines the Lounge was too crowded, and there was a long line. In the end, there was no time left, and i had to board the plane.

No Business Lounge. Couldn’t get into Lounge in HNL on flight to Asia (it was “full”) and Hawaiian has NO Lounge available at ICN for my return flight. This is unacceptable for a full-priced Business Class product. Your competitors all have nice lounges. Foul smelling entrees, skipped meal. Business class seats the worst compared to other airlines. Entertainment iPad had old movies and tv shows. Headphone jack was worn out, you had to jiggle and press connector to get any sound. Cheap quality headphones. Good selection of Hawaiian music. Good pillows and blankets. Good stowage. Good de-planing in HNL.

KAL Business Class was old seats on an old plane. Service and food were good. Connection at ICN was a slow nightmare from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1. Long walks. Long train ride. Few moving walkways. Carpets hard to pull rollerbags. Literally 90 minutes from landing to long walks to long security line to more walks to departure gate. Hawaiians lists Asiana Business Class Lounge, but NO LOUNGE, that relationship is over (but still listed on Hawaiian site). Couldn’t get seat assignment on Hawaiian flight boarding pass until reaching ICN.

Food and roominess were better on other international flights I’ve been on.

I like Hawaiian Airlines, however the flight was canceled, which we only discovered upon arriving at the Sydney airport where one, out of several monitors stated the flight was canceled. After finally making contact with a representative in the office in the building, because there were no individuals to talk to at their check in counter, we were informed the flight had definitely been canceled, though no reason why was given. The office staff person said we had been rebooked on a Qantas flight into Los Angeles and on a United Flight from Los Angeles to Seattle. We would not have known this unless I had found the office person in their office to inform us of the rebooking. We arrived in Los Angeles to discover the United flight originally scheduled to depart Los Angeles at 7P.M. was delayed and would not be departing until 9:25 P.M. Again, no reason was given for the changed departure time. We did not arrive home until 4 AM the next morning.

Vegetarian food options was okay taste-wise. We’re happy they are available but quality can certainly improve. Snacks were good!

The main thing I noted as mediocre was the flight crew, especially one of two women attendants, who seemed to wish she were not there, and I think there may have been some kind of problem going on, with a bit of conspiratorial smirks between two attendants, like something was wrong that they were annoyed with. I understand that it is a very difficult job to attend such a long flight, but I had really been anticipating an aloha attitude on Hawaiian and it wasn't there. The next leg of the journey from Hawaii to SFO was pretty bare-bones, only snacks available were for purchase. I can imagine that Hawaiian Air is an underfunded airlines, which I am sorry about, but I'm not sure that can excuse some of the experience. Thanks.

Great food and good entertainment options for the long flight.

Very good overall. Highly recommend for all flying to Australia

Our boarding and flight was very good. However when we landed and pulled in to the gate it took 55 minutes for the jet bridge to be positioned next to the aircraft. That caused us to miss our ground transportation and it caused us unnecessary last minute transit planning and expense. Our flight was AA1733 on March 17, 2026

Business seats not as comfortable or private as most competitors (e.g. Qantas was outstanding), and movie selection was much more limited than Qantas or United has been recently

One of the oldest most uncomfortable "lay down" seats I've ever experienced. Old plane and old seats that don't lay flat. The seat back does not even recline - at all. Instead the legrest awkwardly extends to fill the gap between a small cubby into which you must insert your feet/legs. I am 5' 11" and could not lay straight but had to tuck my knees. Ticket was also very expensive. Would not recommend flying business/first on Finair from Melbourne to Bangkok and will not do so again myself.

Our baggage didn’t arrive with us on the plane. Need I say more?

American Airlines was their usual junk service — but at least it got us down to LA. I was more irritated that while they codeshare with Alaska Airlines in Seattle, they could not out our flight on one of these, opting for one of the small SkyWest operated American Eagle flights — and causing a 14 hour layover. Which I accepted due to a $2000 difference in airfare — that said it was irritating for a flight that usually would have cost around $100 extra, if that.

Experience was great. My only advice is to have a pasta dish on the menu. Otherwise everything was excellent.

First time flying in Qantas. There is zero WiFi on the flight to/from Australia. Crew was great both routes - very attentive, personalized service. Pleasant staff throughout.

Knees in back from passenger behind, limited seat pockets, no entertainment.

The Ryanair of Australia. Not impressed. Forced me to gate check my bag as it was over their weight limit. Charged me $125 for the privilege. Then said plane hold was locked and it would have to go out in the next flight, which was the following day. Explained that I was on a cruise the next day and the plane would not arrive until after the ship left, and that it would be impossible to catch up with the cruise at any point. Lady at the gate unimpressed. So to sum up they were ready to charge me $125 to lose a bag. Finally got it resolved by appealing to management, but the whole episode was not good for the blood pressure. The gate lady said they followed the Ryanair business model which means first time passengers get penalized for doing things that other airlines routinely allow.

Delayed 50 mins. Check in was excellent, boarding was good, everything else was OK and perfectly acceptable for a budget airline. Price was excellent. I noticed this airline had two other flights to our destination cancelled so not very reliable.

Jane at Sydney International airport check in was amazing. She set up the whole experience to be a positive one.

The smells on this plane were disgusting. So many sweaty and unhygienic people i couldn't stand it. I dream of being anywhere else in the world when I am on a JetStar flight they suck.

One of the better flights I’ve had w Jetstar. Smooth boarding, early take off, on time landing, very courteous crew, clean plane.

local frequent travellers know that Jetstar’s flights between MEL and LST are turnaround flights so those in the morning tend to run on time and become delayed increasingly through the day. We observed how the staff at check in and boarding try to assist, guide and facilitate travellers - they were courteous, efficient, amiable while enforcing Jetstar’s baggage requirements. They try to speed up boarding by having passengers board from both front and back. We would take Jetstar again.

I was allocated an exit row seat and was told to move so it could be given away to someone who had purchased two extra legroom seats and one regular seat but wanted the three to sit together. I was also charged for entertainment after booking but before checking in, and the ground crew couldn't do anything about refunding it. When the whole plane was given access to the entertainment as an apology for the flight being four hours late, I was told they couldn't do anything about that either, so I was charged for something I didn't want even though it would have been free anyway

The plane layout is built for short haul domestic flights. 3-3-3 configuration in economy is ridiculous for ~10 hour international flight.
