All was good, the only thing was it didn't run on time.

Great meal. Best seats ever! They need to teach other airlines how to do that.

Overall excellent but the Captain kept the seat belt sign on for far too long, especially at the beginning and end of the flight. It was 2 hours after take-off before the crew were able to start the service (on an 11 hour night flight, reducing our sleeping time) and the seat belt sign on went on during breakfast (90 mins before landing) and was not turned off again until we landed. This made for an uncomfortable journey of trying to limit fluid intake because it was unclear when the toilets would be available for use.

The staff and crew on board were excellent. Business class however, was very weird. I thought we would have individual pods, but the way it was set up was unexpected. Not very private and If you wanted to lay down, you had to have an entire bed made up for you by the crew, rather than how Delta one works where you could just lie down whenever you feel like it. It was a 16 hour flight. I chose not to have my bed made, and that turned out to be a good idea because everybody who had their bed made had to wait for the crew to roll up their mattresses. So strange!

Couldn’t request a vegan meal somehow but I noticed other people getting them

United flight from SFO to PDX was cancelled. I will ask for a refund. Had to book on Alaska

They announced food service but then never came around. We also couldn’t land so kept trying to get to runway and then had to come up and go around happened like 3 times and cause the child next to me to start throwing up

Good food and entertainment options. Great Staff that were all welcoming and caregiving.

The recline on the seat in front of me came back so that I was staring at the top of the man’s head in front of me the whole trip. He refused to bring his seat back up twice every time he was instructed to do so and only relented when he had a tray of good in front of him. And then right back in my lap!!! Horrible man!! I complained to the staff multiple times, but no one would address the issue. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect flight.

There was a snafu with confirming seats at check which left us in limbo for the second leg of our trip. I believe the ANZ app is not well integrated with the systems at the terminal resulting in this disconcerting error.

Business class Seats on the A350 from Nan to YVR were wonderful. The flight crew was okay but could do with better training. Toilets were clean but ran out of paper towels towards the end of the flight. The food/menu and the wine offered really needs considerable improvement. Dinner options were either Bolani, a beef sandwich (even this could be made much better), or paneer butter masala. Unfortunately, if you are not a fan of Fijian food, there isn’t much choice. Dessert was either turmeric ice cream or fruits but unfortunately, they were out of fruit! So the only option was turmeric ice cream. I’m not certain how many passengers like turmeric but I am not one of them. They need to cater to a more diverse group of people. Perhaps they need a new chef? The movies& tv shows were mostly older so I didn’t find that interesting either. It was however, fun to view the plane’s exterior cameras as we take off and land. The best thing about this flight are the business class seats.

Comfortable as one can get in Economy, food was very good, staff were super friendly & efficient.

Fiji left without me because American Airlines was too stupid to get to LAX on time. Fiji should have offered a standby on another flight but they told me tough luck. I will never fly with this company again.

The A350 aircraft business class experience was very good. Comfortable and well appointed pod, and supplemental bed pad available for sleeping. Food was very good.

Business class seats and amenities were excellent, crew very attentive. Slept well. Food good, lounge experience nice. Would fly them again. A350 aircraft excellent, very quiet.

The flight attendants were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything ran on time. I highly recommend Fiji Airways.

The experience was lovely in every respect. The crews were delightful.

They should have offered the headsets for sale so we could watch the entertainment. Our earbuds did not work. I thought they just did not have them. But then I called Hawaiian after and found out they were available for purchase

Loved free internet connectivity for email, text and web browsing. Entertainment setup was not intuitive and I didn’t bother trying to figure it out. Left on time and arrived on time. Plane was fine.extra legroom seat was a plus but seat cushiness was lacking

Got there four hours before flight; check-in not open, not even set up, no time for when it would open. Went to have lunch/dinner above, came back three hours before flight and line was long; took another hour to get to check-in. When I checked in, she told me my seats as I had booked them, and I mentioned 'window' forgetting there had been no good window seats on the Honolulu leg; she immediately rebooked me to the window of the very last most cramped row beside the lavatories, where (not her fault) I was seated next to a Hawaiian (?) with huge shoulders that took several inches of my seat (beyond the armrest). Exceedingly uncomfortable flight, even ignoring his snoring. I'm convinced the seats on the 321neo out of Honolulu were wider, more comfortable than the 330 into Honolulu.

Flight itself was fine and crew were delightful. I gave overall mediocre rating because the plane had mechanical issues and we sat on the tarmac for 2.5 hrs while the engines cut in and out so no AC. Once we got going flight was good.

Was told at the counter that would be able to send the baggage to the final destination when we arrived at Honolulu. But when we got to Honolulu, they said that they could not process our baggage. Had to carry all our stuff through the whole layover. Feel like was lied to by the counter when we boarded.

My flight was delayed by 5 hours, 7:35pm departure turned to 1:30am without any explanation. I’ll need a refund for this.

I had awful experience due to the delay and the company's inability to handle the issue.

Kayak did not process the seat purchase assignment correctly (appeared on Kayak site, but Hawaian did not receive the order/payment for this), leading to having to purchase seats again at the airport, without the ones we had originally selected being available anymore. This was a crucial aspect of the flight, and made everything a lot more stressful. Staff was extremely nice and helpful though.

Flight crew was great! It’s very special having native Hawaiians as flight attendants. I only fly Hawaiian Airlines when going to the Aloha states. Flight crew with other airlines don’t come close to your employees. Having a breakfast sandwich included on the flight was a treat and delicious. I pack a carry on only because of the extra baggage fee. I wish I didn’t have to haul even that around. I’d check baggage ( eliminate carry on completely)if it was lowered from $30 to $20. $10 is $10, and the extra fee (all airlines have) defeats the joy of finding a good round trip rate, Keep up the good work in knowing the personal qualities and people skills you want for personel you hire.

Great flight experience going from Honolulu to Kauai. Nice short flight, so some things don't really qualify for an excellent rating, food & entertainment, since there wasn't any. Check in was nice and easy, crew was great, I'm 6'7" so the seats could have had a bit more room for my knees. But I survived.

Plane a little late departing, but not an issue. The pilots humour when he said “I will try to make up some time…. I know a few short cuts to Adelaide” made the passengers chuckle. This is what makes Qantas “Australian”.

I have never had a problem with flying Qantas, so this flight was the same as any other.

After British Airways cancelled my London to Sydney and Virgin Australia refused to refund, there was no ways I would try Virgin Australia again, so it was Qantas - what a good flight experience. So much easier to get off an international flight and get a local flight without having to add extra amounts for baggage

The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours and most of the flights bags were not on the flight. Have also had no communication from QANTAS

I was thrilled with the bottle of water, blanket, pillow, earphones, and little packet of toothbrush, toothpaste, earplugs. I was very satisfied with the meals and snacks and drinks. I alao was very grateful to have a seat that backs up against the lavatory, as it made it very easy to get to the bathroom without being jumped in line, as so often happens in the airplane. Of course that was just a random strike of luck, but it really made a difference.

Food was great. Customer Service not so much! Flight Delays.

The plane was delayed about 3 hours so anything else is immaterial

It was so hot on the plane mixed with being quite turbulent and a rough landing. We all felt very nauseous for hours afterwards. Crew were lovely though.

For a long haul, the flight was good. We left an hour late due to a seat in business class not working. But they made up time and we still got in on time or even early thanks to tailwinds. The crew was friendly. The meals were okay, nothing special.

Internet on internation flights is a basic comodity. Very disappointed. Same entertainment that has been on for the past year. Update your content for frequent flyers

This was the most horrific experience we have ever had. I would advise people to steer clear of this airline at all costs.

Online checkin was a nightmare. They kept popping me into Chinese language site which I can't understand.

The flight take-off was delayed which was fine but the staff seemed pretty over their jobs. The seats are very uncomfortable and the food was pretty average. Overall is was okay.

Note that food has to be purchased in flight. No free food. And no entertainment in flight. So I’ve treated these two items as okay which, in this case, means neutral/not applicable.

My Dad needed assistance to board the plane. The Jetstar staff were excellent with him and made the experience a lot easier😁

Would be better if can provide small free snacks on a long flight

Boarding was easy and unstressful, though the early "final call" was a bit off-putting. The crew were pleasant, and the seats were comfortable. The prices for food and drink were reasonable, apart from tea and coffee, where simple percolated coffee was charged at espresso prices. Deboarding was OK, though some Jetstar passengers appear to have a bad habit of pushing forward from their assigned rows, making it more difficult to get out for passengers that have paid a premium to sit up-front. Jetstar might want to look to address this to stop it from spreading.

I was allocated an exit row seat and was told to move so it could be given away to someone who had purchased two extra legroom seats and one regular seat but wanted the three to sit together. I was also charged for entertainment after booking but before checking in, and the ground crew couldn't do anything about refunding it. When the whole plane was given access to the entertainment as an apology for the flight being four hours late, I was told they couldn't do anything about that either, so I was charged for something I didn't want even though it would have been free anyway

I got to the airport earlier than I expected, and they let me change to an earlier flight with no trouble.
