Poor Drop OffCons:When we arrived to drop the car, we were able to locate the parking spaces for drop off, however, there was no attendant to turn the car over to. We went inside and found a long line of people at the counter that were renting cars. We needed to catch our flight so we went to another rental car desk (Hertz maybe) that had a shorter line and they were helpful in recording our mileage and taking our keys so that we could leave. The drop off procedure needs to be evaluated with the outbound flight customers in mind.Reviewed 11 Aug. 2016

Poor customer servicePros:The car was nice. We had a 2017 Chevy Malibu. It was clean and had nice features. It was good to have unlimited miles. It was also nice to have the Etoll contraption on the windshield. It made the toll booths much easier.Cons:For the life of me I can't figure out why a car rental place doesn't stay open for late flights or delayed flights. My flight was supposed to come in around 6, but was delayed because of computer problems and weather. We ended up landing after 8 and no one was at the budget counter. So here we are 1000 miles from home and no way to get our rental car. This took about an hour and a half to get rectified, and wouldnt have been rectified if it hadn't been for the Avis girl. The budget people on the phone just wouldn't help me. They would have left my wife and I stranded at the airport for the night. Also, next day the "change engine oil" message came on. I checked the oil and it was a quart low. I bought a quart of oil and brought it up to where it was supposed to be. This is not something you expect when renting a car. Cons:The worst rental experience ever. No vehicle at location available despite reservation. No attempt at assistance with alternative other than walk down the counter and ask other vendor which were Asking$ 1000 a day. Why join their loyalty program if this is their corporate culture of customer service.Reviewed 22 Mar. 2021

Pros:Literally nothing. As soon as I landed (at midnight) I had a message from Budget saying that they didn’t have a car for me and there was nothing they could do. I had to sleep in the airport because it was too late and too expensive to try and get another car. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a car rental, and I’ve had some pretty bad ones.Cons:Everything, literally anything and everything would’ve been better. I’m never using your service again, and will strongly discourage anyone I ever meet from using your service either because of this.Reviewed 16 May 2021

Pros:My experience with this particular budget was not good. Nothing good to say at all.Cons:The front desk staff when picking up the car was rude and condescending. Insisted that my husband and I wear our masks which we were fine with but did not insist that the mailman wear a mask when he came in to bring the mail. Felt discriminated against by this particular staff member. The car was dirty on the inside. Hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned at all. Definitely not sanitized per COVID-19 regulations. Just an overall bad experience for the price we paid to rent the vehicle.Reviewed 7 Jul. 2021
