Felt like a bait and switch when the website gave me a Tesla Model 3 as the example of the car that would be available and then it turned out to be a Chevrolet Bolt with over 35k miles. The Bolt turned out to be a pretty good car, just not in the same category as a Model 3. The price was too good to be true in the first place so I should have known, I just don't like the bait and switch. The interior screen had big streaks on it and the Bolt takes forever to charge but the rest of the experience was pretty good.Reviewed 13 Aug 2026

I ordered Tesla and should pick up Tesla but the Tesla they gave it to us was air bag light on so they change it for a Ford SUV Mustang electrical. This is the worst Cars for MPG every 100 miles I do have to charge it and every single charge $55 $50.Reviewed 26 June 2026

The rental process was smooth from start to finish. The vehicle was clean-ish some stains and wrappers but that’s okay, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for my long-distance move from Florida to Texas. Pickup and drop-off were easy, the staff was professional and helpful, and the car was comfortable and reliable throughout the trip. Hide fees, I was over charged, they charged me for 8 passengers van, at the moment of the pick up they didn’t have any available, anyway I was charged the full amount, also they add coverage that I did not request to the van, I called during the trip to notify about the coverage that I didn’t add and tolls “they said was fixed”, at the moment of the return, looks like they didn’t fix anything and are charging me the full amount of money, they are saying nothing can be done, very disappointed.Reviewed 5 Jan 2025

Initial impression was not good. Signage posted on rental counter that stated a $450 cleaning charge for many normal situations. Signs said, NO SAND, NO PETS, etc… I get the no smoking, but it’s Florida. There’s sand. Then when we went to the assigned vehicle (luxury car) it was super dirty with hair and gunk all over the inside as well as a broken windshield. Of course no damage was noted on the paperwork. Super friendly and helpful employees. Zero complaints there, just a failure on the cleanliness and condition. Not terrible. They got us a different car quickly.Reviewed 14 Nov 2024
