Hide fees, I was over charged, they charged me for 8 passengers van, at the moment of the pick up they didn’t have any available, anyway I was charged the full amount, also they add coverage that I did not request to the van, I called during the trip to notify about the coverage that I didn’t add and tolls “they said was fixed”, at the moment of the return, looks like they didn’t fix anything and are charging me the full amount of money, they are saying nothing can be done, very disappointed.Reviewed 5 Jan 2025

Initial impression was not good. Signage posted on rental counter that stated a $450 cleaning charge for many normal situations. Signs said, NO SAND, NO PETS, etc… I get the no smoking, but it’s Florida. There’s sand. Then when we went to the assigned vehicle (luxury car) it was super dirty with hair and gunk all over the inside as well as a broken windshield. Of course no damage was noted on the paperwork. Super friendly and helpful employees. Zero complaints there, just a failure on the cleanliness and condition. Not terrible. They got us a different car quickly.Reviewed 14 Nov 2024

We booked a Ford Edge, ended up with a Hyundai. Yes it’s very similar in size but we own a Ford Edge so that’s what we wanted. Day 2 the notification came up for low tire pressure, ok fine we stopped and put air in. Day 4 we had to have the vehicle jump started, still no idea why. And on our last day on the way to the airport it started overheating… Summary: didn’t get the vehicle we wanted/ordered and ended up with 3 problems with it. And when my husband tried to get them to reduce the price, no budging. Very frustrating, not what you want on vacation.Reviewed 5 Dec 2023
