This company is such a scam. They told me I needed basic coverage when I already had insurance. When I realized they had added an additional 400 dollars to my bill I couldn’t get even one person to answer the phone at the location for four days straight and the central office said they couldn’t help it has to be the local branch. I asked three different people before I left the property and they all said “oh you got the basic coverage” and did not ever once tell me it wasn’t required. I tried to get help and got ZERO. I will never use this company again. The vehicle was great, the return was great but the complete deceit on the front end keeps me from ever using this company again.Reviewed 11 Oct 2023
