Cons:

Any dealings with employees. Wouldn’t answer phones, on hold for 10 minutes, rude representative, unclear address (two addresses are the same), rude woman upon arrival. Will not rent from Enterprise again.

They called an hour and a half before pick up and canceled the reservation. This is simply unacceptable. No one should ever book anything through KAYAK or Budget.

Pick-up truck

I wasted 90 dollars and 3 hours with round trip cab rides from the airport due to them not having a vehicle for me, despite having a reservation weeks in advance. I’ve never had an issue with budget in the past. Absolutely unacceptable to waste of a customers time and money.

The employee was 1-hour late to open the business which caused over a dozen people to be late/delayed. The employee offered no apology not any explanation. Rental car was dirty and smelled heavily of marijuana smoke. Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had.
