We got to our pick up location and they did not have any cars available as well as no timeline of when they would get cars. They were less than helpful and lead us to an 800 number that basically told us there was nothing he could do to help. After 2.5 hours of being passed around on the phone We ended up canceling completely and going through someone else. I will never do this again. Horrible experience8.0 Very Good

The representative said his only vehicle available was delivered from the airport location and the car had a heavy smoke smell. He said I could take it to the airport location to swap for another car. I appreciate it made the offer but don’t understand why the airport location provided the car to the other location knowing of the smoke problem. I did drive the 6 miles to the airport to make the swap. Personnel at both locations were friendly and professional.2.0 Poor

Your system (kayak) let me book a rental at an Avis location that wasn’t open on the day that I needed to pick it up. I didn’t find out about this until a few days before the rental when Avis called me. I had to find a new rental and process has gone up significantly. I used Priceline this time.2.0 Poor

While on my flight I received a voicemail that they no longer had any rental cars left. Why would they confirm a booking and then sell out. Did they know prior to my booking they had none left? Or did they continue to give customers cars that had no booking? Voicemail was very short with no explanation just that "they had no vehicles". This was a busy weekend I know. It don't confirm a booking if you have nothing!Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
The manager was very interested in making us happy and "upgraded" the car. However, there was very little selection. The first car we were shown was dirty and on empty. We were disappointed.Cons:
The selection in vehicles was awful. The cars had a lot of mileage and they weren't clean, were low on gas and just disappointing. We specifically choose Enterprise because our experience has always been good. However, we would not rent from here again.10.0 Wonderful

1. Pickup was not at the airport. Since Hertz at airport would not honor agreement had to Uber $$ to Hertz downtown Charlotte. 2. Time we put to pick up was 6:00PM. Arrived at Hertz at 6:10PM and it was closed! Not a creature was stirring. 3. Still had to get to hotel 50 miles away - another U123 travellers who hired a car in First Ward gave the car agency they used an average rating of 6.3
