Creat servicePros:Ms. Valerie Helped us to move the laggages all the way to the car. And helped us setup all the car seats securely. She was also super friendly. Worst rent a car everCons:On the spot, when added insurance price was 2.2x more than initially communicated Car given was not the one reserved,but Hyundai that had some strange features that caused flat battery and left us without the car for half a day ( of course when most needed) Emergency service from Hertz that was the actual provider behind the Dollar, acted very slowly and fairly unprofessionally. End result was waiting for 3 hours in the garage for them to come with cables and start the engine. At that time they gave us instructions that should be initially communicated.Reviewed 4 Mar. 2017
